It was very enriching and i have gone through the various methods for implementing an internationally recognised Business Continuity Management System in my organisation as per the BCI GPG- Business Continuity Institute Good Practice Guidelines
I gained more knowledge. The examples and practical exercises help me understand better the concepts discussed. I can apply the new knowledge of the Good Practice Guidelines in so many areas of my work and my future activities. The trainer demonstrated profound understanding of the course subject.
